No obligationTalk to a local provider
Departmenturban Tree Service does not employ tree workers. You speak with an independent provider from our network. Each one runs their own business, sets their own prices and carries their own insurance.
Here is the usual order of events:
You do not have to accept. There is no obligation.
A short list keeps the conversation efficient:
Get the answers in writing. Compare at least two quotes for planned jobs.
For a tree down, a calm first hour helps. Keep everyone away from the tree and from any downed lines. Treat wires as live. Photograph the damage from a safe distance. Then call the right people: your utility for wires, a provider for the tree. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy. Providers can often help document damage for a claim.
You choose the date, the scope and whether to go ahead. Ask questions. Ask for changes. A good provider will explain the work in plain terms.
Request a callback to check provider availability, or send a request and wait for a reply.
